2. Product Description

We sell automotive electronic products (such as wireless CarPlay adapters). The product image is for reference only. The functions are subject to the actual description. For compatibility, please refer to the product detail page or consult customer service.


3. Orders and Payments


The order takes effect upon successful payment, and the price is subject to the time of placing an order.


We accept mainstream international credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Amex) and PayPal.


You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment information; otherwise, the order may be cancelled.


4. International Transportation and Tariffs


The goods are dispatched from the designated warehouse (China/Regional center), and the logistics time varies by destination.


Import duties/taxes are borne by the buyer. ZJINNOVA is not responsible for customs clearance.


5. Returns and Refunds


30-day no-reason return: Unused items can be returned (in good packaging).


Warranty Policy: A 12-month limited warranty is provided, covering manufacturing defects (excluding man-made damage).


The return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer. The refund will be processed within 7 days after acceptance.


Note: Some countries apply local regulations (such as the 14-day cooling-off period in the European Union).

The installation of the product must comply with vehicle safety regulations. ZJINNOVA is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation.
